Our Board of Directors oversees the strategic direction of Defence Bank, and ensures our statutory and legal requirements are met.
Many of our Directors are either currently working within Defence-related roles or have lengthy Defence Service experience. Board elections are held annually for Directors who have served a term of three years and are announced at the Annual General Meeting held in November.

Mark was initially elected to the Board on 6 November 2001, and was most recently re-elected to the Board on 22 November 2010.

Callum was initially elected to the Board on 25 November 1996, and was most recently re-elected to the Board on 23 November 2009.

Craig Madden, Lieutenant Colonel

Craig was initially elected to the Board on 28 November 2005 and was most recently re-elected on 24 November 2008.
