Defence Bank's RSA Wins 2011 Innovation Award
Defence Bank has been announced as the Winner of the 2011 Abacus Innovation Award for their product Super Assured – Retirement Savings Account, an innovative alternative to traditional superannuation and pension vehicles. This innovation offers investors both variable and term deposit rates within a retirement savings account that has no fees, a good rate of return and provides a tax-free income.
The 2011 Abacus Industry Award winners were announced in an awards ceremony at the 2011 Abacus AM Institute Convention in Cairns on 27 October 2011 .
These prestigious awards are the premier industry awards for the customer-owned banking industry: credit unions, mutual banks and mutual building societies.
