Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Defence Bank Limited (“Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
•  Entry is open to individuals aged 12 years and over at the time of entry.
•  Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
3. Lucky Draw Participation Period
•  The participation period for the draw starts at 9:00am AEST on Saturday 15 August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 15 August 2026 (“Participation Period”).
•  Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
•  Entrants must scan the QR code, complete and submit their details via the entry form at defencebank.com.au/ADFAOpenDay2026. 
•  Only one entry per person is permitted.
•  Multiple entries will be deemed invalid.
5. Game of Chance
• This is a game of chance. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.
• The winner will be selected at random from all eleigible entries received during the participation period. 
• Defence Bank’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prize
• One winner will receive 1 x Prezzee eGift Card credited with $500.
• Prezzee eGiftCards have a 36-month expiry date for users to exchange Retailer Gift Cards of their choice. The eGiftCards shall be credited with $500 which may be exchanged for another or multiple participating Retailer Gift Cards up to the value displayed on the eGiftCard available through the Prezzee Service website. There are no fees associated with the eGiftCard. Once the new Retailer Gift Card(s) has been selected new expiry dates will be set and terms and conditions apply to the specific Retailer Gift Cards chosen. eGiftCards are not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be provided for eGiftCards (except as required by law). Use of the eGiftCards is governed by their terms and conditions of use, available at www.prezzee.com.au/policies/terms-of-sale
7. Lucky Draw Notification
• The draw will take place by a panel of representatives from Defence Bank, at the Defence Bank Head Office, Level 10, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne on Monday 24 August 2026 at 2pm.
• The winner will notified by Wednesday 26 August 2026 via phone or email.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries. 
8. Prize Delivery
• The prize will be distributed by Wednesday 9 September 2026, unless otherwise agreed with the winner.
9. General
• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and publish their entry for promotional purposes.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.
