Fee removal

We have eliminated two fees associated with transactions that are declined when utilising EFTPOS or Automatic Teller Machines (“ATM’s”).

No longer will members be charged for a declined EFTPOS transaction ($1.50) or a declined ATM transaction ($0.50) where the decline specifically relates to the input of an incorrect PIN.

However, these same fees do remain payable should a declined transaction occur as a result of there not being sufficient funds held in the account at the time of the transaction.
