Video Call

Welcome to Defence Bank Video Call

This exciting online service is one of the first of its kind in Australia. Talk with one of our Member Service Consultants face-to-face using your PC, laptop, Mac device or Apple and Android mobile device. Video Call is available between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday (AEST).

Requirements

Video Call for Desktop

  • A PC, laptop or Mac device with a web camera and microphone.
    A headset is recommended for the best experience
  • Video Call supports the 4 main web browsers — Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. Updating to your latest browser version is recommended
  • Video Call requires Adobe Flash Player. Get the latest version here https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
  • A Broadband Internet connection is required (512kbps upload and download speeds) 

Video Call for Mobile

  • The Defence Bank Video Call App can be found in the Apple App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play store (for Android devices).
  • A 4G internet connection or Broadband WiFi connection is required
  • A headset is recommended for the best experience
