This cashback offer is available to Australianresidentsaged 18 years and over who refinance from another lender or purchase an investment property using a Defence Bank home loan (‘Eligible Members’) under the following Eligibility Requirements:
• Home loan application must be submitted within the Promotion Period and funded on or before Wednesday 30 September 2026.
• Lending must be new to Defence Bank (refinances of existing Defence Bank home loans are excluded from this offer). Available to owner occupier home loans, including DHOAS,and investor refinances from another lender or investor new purchase home loans.
• Repayment type can be principal and interest or interest only.
• Available to fixed and variable home loans.
• Minimum eligible loan amount ≥$300,000 and a loan to value ratio (LVR) of up to 80%
• Excludes constructionhome loans.
• All applications are subject to Defence Bank’s credit assessment criteria.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotions.
Eligible Members must hold a Defence Bank Everyday Access or Offset account (‘Nominated account’) at drawdown.
Only one cash back per security property.Where a home loan has more than one applicant and one applicant receives the cashback, all applicants are deemed to have received the cashback. Cashback is paid into one nominated account and cannot be split across accounts. Maximum cashback amount of $3,000.
Defence Bank reserves the right to verify the validity of Eligible Members (including a member’s identity and application details) and reserves the right to disqualify any EligibleMemberif the member is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion.
Provided these Terms and Conditions including Eligibility Requirements are met, Eligible Members will receive their eligible cashback amount transferred electronically into theirNominatedAccount after the loan has been disbursed.
The date of cashback payment will be up to 90 days from the date of loan funding.
The cashback cannot be used towards the calculation of serviceability of the home loan.
