Our award-winning app is another easy way to access and manage your money on the go. This simple and secure app is packed full of features. It’s like having advanced technology and the convenience of one of our friendly staff with you for anywhere, anytime banking.
To use the app, simply download it on the App Store or Google Play and sign in with your member number and Online Banking password. You’ll then be prompted to create a four-digit app PIN, making logging in convenient.

Lower your transaction limit for internal transfers, external transfers and bill payments by simply selecting Settings/ Transaction Limits within the app. Members will need to visit a branch or call our Contact Centre should they wish to increase their transaction limit.
As an added security feature, you can now set up transaction alerts on a nominated card via your app notifying you whenever your account has been credited or debited. This is an optional feature which you can turn off and on.
