Information about our upcoming AGM
By order of the Board, notice is hereby given that the 50th Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of Defence Bank Limited ABN 57 087 651 385 (the “Company”) will be held in person at Rendezvous Hotel Melbourne, 328 Flinders Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000 at 1400hrs AEDT on Tuesday 25 November 2025.

If you are unable to attend the AGM in person, a webcast is being made available so that you may view the proceedings. The webcast can be accessed via a button below which will be live at the opening of registration, being 1330hrs on Tuesday, 25 November 2025.

Please note that if you are viewing the proceedings by the webcast, you will be unable to ask questions during the meeting or cast your vote on the ordinary resolutions. You can however raise questions in advance of the meeting via the online form (see “Questions”) and can vote in advance of the meeting via the proxy process (see “Proxy”).
Proxy
If a member is unable to participate and vote at the AGM, they are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their behalf.
To do so please complete the below Proxy Voting Form to appoint the Chair of the AGM as their proxy or insert the name of their alternative proxy in the space provided. Completed forms should be sent to info@defencebank.com.au prior to 1400hrs on Sunday 23 November 2025.
Questions.
Members viewing the proceedings via webcast, who would like to raise a question at the meeting, can do so by completing all the fields within the below form. Please note the deadline to submit questions prior to the meeting is midday on Thursday 20 November 2025. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions at the AGM if you attend in person.
