Designed in 2021, it features innovative design, activity-based workspaces and state-of-the-art technology. The purpose-built space focuses on enhancing the connection, productivity and wellbeing or our people.
The support office reflects post-2020 health and safety requirements with the implementation of touchless automatic doors and facilities, open office space, hand-sanitising stations and an abundance of natural light.
We understand that our people have varying work styles and through the adoption of activity-based work spaces, the office provides them with the right technology and environment to carry out their activities effectively.
Although employees can come into support office to complete core functions of their role, we encourage them to use in office time to focus on collaborative meetings and activities. These include team meetings, connection activities, brainstorming and innovation sessions, planning activities and working groups.
Located on Level 10, 31 Queen Street Melbourne, our support office provides stunning panoramic views of the Yarra River and surrounds and includes many everyday conveniences.
The building provides access to car park, change rooms, hair dryers, hair straighteners, ironing stations, showers, toilets, day use lockers, and secure bike parking facilities.

Branch positions vary with a combination of Member Consultants, Senior Member Consultants, Branch Managers and Mobile Lenders.
Many of our branch teams are defence spouses and the bank works to support their individual work/life balance. Our work from anywhere policy provides greater opportunities for our team to learn varied roles and manage member requests from across the nation. It also assists us to work together with employees to help them transfer if there serving spouse is deployed to another base at which we have a branch so that you can continue your meaningful career even if your partner is relocated.
