Can I redeem my term deposit to an external bank account?
No. Online Banking only allows redemption to an eligible Defence Bank account.
If you would like the funds paid to another financial institution, you will need to provide written instructions to Defence Bank.
Tip: You can redeem the funds to a Defence Bank savings account and then transfer them externally once the funds are available.
