If your card is lost or stolen please call us on 1800 648 027. This line is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

If you still need access to your card there are a number of solutions available.

Quick cards.

You can use Quick Cards in the Defence Bank app to add your card to your device's digital wallet.

  1. Sign in to the Defence Bank app.
  2. Select 'Cards'.
  3. Find the lost or stolen card in the list and select it.
  4. Select 'Card Controls'.
  5. Activate the toggle for both 'payWave' and 'Digital Wallet'.
  6. Follow the instructions provided by your chosen digital pay platform to add your card to your device's digital wallet.
