If your card is lost or stolen please call us on 1800 648 027. This line is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
If you still need access to your card there are a number of solutions available.
You can use Quick Cards in the Defence Bank app to add your card to your device's digital wallet.
- Sign in to the Defence Bank app.
- Select 'Cards'.
- Find the lost or stolen card in the list and select it.
- Select 'Card Controls'.
- Activate the toggle for both 'payWave' and 'Digital Wallet'.
- Follow the instructions provided by your chosen digital pay platform to add your card to your device's digital wallet.
Fax or mail a form to us.
Download and complete the replacement card form.
