How do I make an additional contribution into the RSA?

Personal contributions
  1. Complete a Personal Contribution form
  2. Transfer the contribution using the following details:
    Account Name: Defence Bank Super Assured
    BSB: 833 205
    Account Number – Personal Contribution: 20795437
    Reference: <your RSA holder number>>
  3.  
  4. Email the completed form to RSA@Defencebank.com.au at the same time as payment 
Spouse contributions
  1. Complete a Spouse Contribution form
  2. Transfer the contribution using the following details:
    Account Name: Defence Bank Super Assured
    BSB: 833 205
    Account Number – Spouse Contribution: 20795433
    Reference: <your RSA holder number>>
  3. Email the completed form to RSA@Defencebank.com.au
