I’ve forgotten my PIN, what should I do?
This is easy. You can now update your PIN without knowing your old PIN through Online Banking or your mobile app.
- Log into your Online Banking portal.
- Select Services > Card Management.
- Enter your TA password.
- Select the card you wish to change PIN and click Change PIN and foloow the prompts.
- Log in to your mobile app.
- Under the menu, select Manage Accounts > Manage Cards.
- Select the card you would like to update and click Change PIN and follow the prompts.
