What can I do during the grace period?
If no staff-assisted instructions have already been processed, eligible account owners may:
- Add funds to the term deposit.
- Withdraw part of the balance.
- Complete multiple deposits or withdrawals.
- Continue making changes during the 7-day grace period.
A minimum balance of $1,000 must remain in the term deposit.
Full redemption and changes to the term cannot be completed through Online Banking during the grace period.
