How do I change my renewal instructions in Online Banking?
To redeem your term deposit at maturity:
- Select Renewal Details from the menu beside the term deposit.
- Select No when asked if you want to renew.
- Select the Defence Bank account you would like the funds paid into.
- Select Save Changes.
You can update or revoke these instructions at any time before maturity.
